Welcome to Anatidaephobia, a grimdark fantasy TTRPG with a sinister twist. Beneath the layers of backstabbing politics and deadly heists lies a relentless terror: the duck. Invisible but inevitable, it grows closer with every misstep you make. When the duck catches you, you die. No saves. No mercy.

What to Expect

• One simple mechanic: Roll a die, try to succeed… or push your luck and risk feeding the duck.

• Escalating tension: Each failed attempt brings the duck closer. At 20 steps, someone dies.

• Playable anti-heroes: Pick from six shady archetypes like the Whispering Blade, Charlatan Schemer, or Vengeful Brute—each with unique advantages when playing to type.

• D4-to-D20 push-your-luck system: The more you try, the harder success becomes—but quitting early only empowers the duck faster.

• Narrative-rich world: Eldrath is a setting steeped in crime, secrets, and moral decay. Veilstead is its rotten heart.

It doesn’t care who you are. It doesn’t care why you run. It just knows you, wants you, and it’s coming.
